Seene ki Jalan Ke Liye Nuskhy:
- 6 badaam khayen seeny ki jalan bohat jald khatam ho jaye gi.
- Gajar (carrot) , Aaloo (potato) ya Saib (apple) khayen ye sb phal (fruits) seeny ki jalan ky liye nihayat mufeed hain.
- Phool gobhi (Cauliflower) bhi seeny ki jalan ke liye aik mufeed totka hai.
- Seene ki jalan sy fori aram ke liye aik chamach brown cheeni (brown sugar) khanay sy bhi seeny ki jalan sy aram milta hai.
- Adrak (ginger) bhi seeny ki jalan kam karne main madad deti hai.
- In seeny ki jalan ky totkaon ky sath sath ye bhi zaroori hai ki aisi ghiza sy door raha jaye jo seeny ki jalan ka bais banti hain. Jaisy ky talli (fried) hoi cheezen khana, masalay dar cheezen khana, chocolates ziada tar khana, pastries khana, mirchain zyada tez khana. Isi tarhan phal chi (peel) kar khana (chilke ke baghair khana).
