Zindagi main har koi kisi naa kisi mushkil ka hi shkar hota hai. Kisi ko apna jisam patla lagta hai tou kisi ko mota. Soty waqat lamba hona
Soty hoye jisam ki growth ziada hoti hai. Rozana 9 sy 10 ghanty ki nind ap ko lamba hone ky liye mufeed hai.
